Gaining Insight on the Customer Journey Using Mobile Technology

Online consumer research and shopping behavior in the auto industry is well understood.  However, a significant blind spot exists regarding consumer behavior as consumers transition from online to in-person shopping.  In his presentation, Graham will discuss how mobile technology is emerging as an integral part of Voice of the Customer strategies.  He’ll explain how mobile eliminates the blind spot on low funnel consumer behavior, providing statistics demonstrating that in-person shopping behavior differs dramatically from traditional beliefs.  Finally, Graham will explain how mobile technology is empowering brands to better engage their target audiences through enhanced relationship marketing, segmentation, and cross-brand opportunities – improving customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Graham is an experienced executive leader having spent over 28 years in the automotive and digital marketing industries.  He is an established thought leader with a proven track record of inspiring teams to design, develop, sell, and implement breakthrough digital data strategies and innovative technology solutions.  In addition to his role as CEO of DDS, Graham holds the position of EVP at V12 Data (an omnichannel data provider).

Prior to founding DDS Graham served as SVP of Business Development and Global Sales at iSky Inc. (a market leading automotive research firm) and VP of Business Development at Search Optics, Inc.  In addition, Graham founded GoalLine Solutions and was instrumental in the creation, design, and management of the JD Power PIN program.
