Sparking the Retail Revolution: Shifting Retail Online
In a world where we buy nearly everything online, why has it taken the automotive retail sector longer to get to online retailing? Investors are pouring money into automotive retail and mobility, but that hasn’t always translated into new tools and more information for dealers. It also means new alternatives to car shopping and car ownership for consumers. New entrants are entering the automotive space with creative models meant to appeal to consumers who are frustrated with the way things are. So, what can dealers do? Max Steckler, Chief Product Officer at CDK Global will cover the hurdles we have to clear to get to truly scalable ecommerce for dealers. He’ll also tell you what you can do today to reach a new customer, whose ideas about mobility will shape the industry moving forward.
