The Revolution of Service Retention

Fixed Operations has always been the secret of highly performing dealers. In today’s world of increased competition and decreased margins excellence in Fixed Operations is even more critical. Intelligent 1-to-1 marketing based on sound data science is the key to increasing gross profit in Fixed Operations and net profit to the dealership.

Eric Flow is a founder and board member of AmplifyRPM. He will discuss the important of service retention and Fixed Operations and how Amplify is developing products based on a multi-channel scientific approach to keep service customers active and engaged with your dealership. Specifically he will address:

  • Impact of increases in service retention to dealer profitability
  • Application of big data and machine learning on service customer retention
  • Impact of multi-variant testing on yield over time
  • Industry adoption of a new metric: Share of Wallet
  • Managing customers throughout the entirety of the ownership experience
