In 1991, Fletcher Jones Jr. purchased a Newport Beach Mercedes-Benz dealership…out of bankruptcy…and asked Garth Blumenthal, an experienced auto executive from South Africa, to manage it.
Based on a maniacal focus, that dealership became #1 in sales in the U.S., for the past 19 years, by delivering the highest luxury customer experience possible. Later in 2014, Fletcher Jones Jr. partnered with Garth on a new Mercedes-Benz dealership in Temecula, California. They constructed a ground-up facility that looks more like an art museum than an automotive dealership.
In Garth’s presentation he will outline how Mercedes-Benz of Temecula has brought the same 5 Star luxury experience to the Inland Empire that they originally created over a quarter of a century ago in Newport Beach. He will outline their core philosophy to take great care of our team members so they are happy and motivated.
