About Frank Ferrara

Frank Ferrara is a Principal with Traction Labs.  He retired as Executive Vice President, Customer Satisfaction for Hyundai Motor America in 2017.  He was recognized by Automotive News as the Parts and Service All-Star for 2016.  He has a diversified background in all aspects of the automotive business.  His consulting work has focused on providing strategic guidance to a number of leading automotive companies.  Traction Labs provides clients with an accelerator methodology and operational expertise to transform businesses to compete in the world of Mobility.
