About Linda Perry-Lube

Linda Perry-Lube is currently a partner in the global Interactive Experience Center of Competence where she advises primarily on Automotive clients on digitally transforming their businesses to increase customer loyalty, improve customer service, grow revenue and develop innovate new business models.

Prior to joining IBM, Linda was the first Chief Digital Officer of the American Museum of Natural History, where she led the transformation of the Museum into the preeminent 21st century digitally driven cultural institution.

Ms. Perry-Lube has 20+ years experience in the automotive industry. She ran the automotive vertical for Microsoft Online Services growing the business 300%. Prior to that she spent 14 years at Ford Motor Company where she moved through a series of increasingly responsible positions including oversight of digital marketing initiatives, developed new product go-to-market plans, automotive strategy, market research, digital marketing, eBusiness, dealer relations, CRM, culminating in managing all Ford Car marketing and advertising. Linda leveraged data and analytics to prove to risk adverse Ford leadership the bottom line value of investing in digital transformations. This experience has given Linda a full and unique perspective of the industry value chain and its evolving ecosystem.

Linda earned her MS in Information Science from Wayne State University her BS degree in Business and Economics from the University of Maryland. Prior she studied at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. She graduated all programs with honors.
