Vehicle Personalization: An Insight-Driven Approach

Today’s consumers crave personalization, particularly younger buyers. From shopping experiences tailored to their specific lifestyles and needs, to customized products that reflect their individual tastes and personal identity, there’s no denying that the push for personalized solutions is on. Yet, when it comes to vehicle personalization, the experience for most shoppers falls flat. During this session, Jane Horner, VP of Strategy & Innovation for DCI-Artform, will discuss what’s standing in the way when it comes to helping car buyers customize their vehicles for the way they live and drive. She’ll also share shopper-driven insights that will help automotive dealers increase customer satisfaction while getting a larger share of the lucrative accessories market.
