VVIP: Breaking the Traditional CX Mold by Focusing on the Customer

As CX in the Automotive World is improving, it is also getting further commoditized. Consumer facing perks like pick-up / drop-off, replacement vehicles, online-everything and semi-direct OEM access are becoming commonplace between mass, premium, luxury and ultra-luxury brands. Karma’s journey to renew traditional CX tries to break that mold by ‘ignoring’ the vehicle and focusing on the customer.  Joost will further explain how Karma is bringing the traditional internal CX budgeting challenges into a different ROI narrative.

About Joost de Vries

Leading the future global expansion for Karma in China and Europe is Joost de Vries, Vice President, Global Sales and Customer Experience, formerly Vice President, Sales and Service. He also has responsibility for growing distribution channels overall and responding to changes in the mobility market.

Prior to Karma, de Vries served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Dramis International and was responsible for the global commercialization of its extreme duty off-road dump trucks. de Vries also held a role as Vice President of Worldwide Service at Tesla Motors where he had global responsibility for all aspects of parts, service, service network development, accessories and remanufacturing during the transition from Roadster to Model S.
