Andrew has been with Audi of America since 2013, holding various roles in CX, Region Operations, Sales, and Region Management.  Andrew credits his time spent as an Area Sales Manager in the L.A. Market from 2018-2021 as the most influential years of his career, where he executed new and preowned sales processes to support his Dealers in maintaining the position as the top Audi volume sales market in the nation.

In 2021 Andrew was promoted to the role of Region Customer Experience Manager, Western Region.  In this current role he is responsible for managing the Western Region’s Sales Training Team, growing Audi’s customer loyalty, and working with the Audi Field and Dealer Teams to focus on putting the customer first in everything they do.  This role is a full circle career stop for Andrew, given his start with the brand answering customer assistance calls back in 2013, to now 11 years later leading the Western Region in the implementation of customer focused dealer processes, driving results towards providing a premium experience for all Audi customers in the West.


Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Operations from Oakland University.
