About The Speaker

Doug Eroh has 24 years of experience in the automotive industry including OEM, financial services, and retail experience.

Doug joined Penske Motor Group (PMG) in August 2015 as Executive Vice-President. In this role, Doug was responsible for developing new strategies and expansion initiatives and working on process improvement to build an even stronger workforce for the future. In this role, Doug also led the expansion of Penske Motor Group (PMG) into Texas with the launch of Longo Toyota of Prosper, PMG’s first dealership outside of California, in November 2017.

In November 2018, Doug was named President & General Manager of Longo Toyota, PMG’s largest dealership and the #1 Volume Toyota dealer in the World since 1967. Doug oversees the day to day operations of Longo Toyota including sales, service, parts & accessories, collision repair, marketing, guest service and training. Doug continues to support PMG as Executive Vice-President with oversight over capital expenditures, business development, marketing, wellness, and special projects.

Prior to joining PMG, Doug worked 19 years at Toyota Motor North America where he worked in several management and leadership positions in different cities across the U.S. including as Vehicle Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the Los Angeles Region where he was responsible for sales, marketing, distribution, and franchise management in Toyota’s largest market. As Corporate Marketing Manager for Toyota, Doug was responsible for marketing strategy and communications for Toyota’s crossover utility vehicles as well as for the Mirai, the first Hydrogen Fuel-Cell vehicle distributed in the United States.

Doug is a Board Member of the Southern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association and has been a volunteer coach for youth sports.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
