About The Speaker

Jim Brady, an experienced sales, service, and connected vehicle professional, is an automotive advisor helping companies transform and develop mobility experiences.  A customer experience visionary and strategist with a proven record of innovating and deploying differentiated products that enhance company and customer success.  He is able to apply his more than 20 years of experience working with General Motors, dealers, suppliers, and consultants to help companies navigate through the continuous change and disruption within the automotive industry.

Previously, Jim was the Global Director of Customer Experience and Connected Ecosystem Strategy at General Motors, with the goal to transform GM into a customer-centric and innovative organization.  In this role, he was responsible for leading the execution of global customer experience strategies and processes that deliver the best overall experience in the automotive industry.  Jim also led his team to redefine General Motors connected ecosystem strategy, which enhanced the company’s focus on the connected vehicle experience and delivering mobility services.

Jim is currently advising and leading Business and Partner Development at Motion Intelligence, as well as consulting with private companies on the transformation and innovative services within the automotive mobility industry.
