Joe Shaker has spent virtually all of his adult life in the automotive business after becoming a dealer/principal at just 24 years old. Since then, he has expanded the Shaker Auto Group to seven thriving locations across New England. In recognition of his business and community leadership, he was honored with the 2022 Massachusetts Dealer of the Year Award and nominated for Time Magazine’s National Dealer of the Year.

Over the course of his career, Joe has served on multiple OEM advisory boards, including Ford Motor Credit Company and Mazda North American Operations, while also founding CarDay Inc., an internet-based used vehicle exchange company.

Looking to protect and improve the dealer/customer relationship, Joe recently used the depth of his knowledge and experience to co-found TruVideo, an AI-powered video and messaging communication platform that has transformed customer experiences by revolutionizing the way auto dealerships communicate with their customers.

When he’s not thinking about improving the automotive business, Joe lends his time and resources to causes focused on improving the lives of urban youth and finding cures for all types of cancer.
