About The Speaker

Stephanie Pinchbeck Robbins serves as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for CallSource, the leader in call management and digital attribution. Stephanie’s passion for helping automotive manufacturers and dealers improve their overall phone experience is the driving force behind her continued success.

For the past 15 years, Stephanie has been helping automotive manufacturers, strategic partners, and dealers navigate the digital landscape to drive the most value for their brand. Through her tenure, she has held senior roles at, Liveperson Automotive (formerly Contact at Once) and Cox Automotive. In Stephanie’s current role with CallSource, she works side-by-side with OEMs and partners to evaluate their overall phone performance and develop customized solutions to gain the most value out of the data derived from the phones. Stephanie holds an MBA from Old Dominion University. When she’s not traveling around the country meeting with partners, she can be found on the softball field coaching her daughter’s team to victory or near the water enjoying family time with Scott, Whitney & Avery.
