ROBERT SKINNER, Vice President Product Marketing



Robert (Bob) leads all aspects of product marketing for Novo Insurance, a Silicon Valley based disruptive Insurtech. In his role he is responsible for customer experience, web site, mobile app, advertising & loyalty program. Most recently he was the V.P. of Digital Strategy and Marketing Technologies at FordDirect. In this role at FordDirect, Bob was responsible for Media Tech & Cross Tier Strategy, Data Capture & Enablement and omni-channel marketing & personalization.

Previously, Bob served as a consultant to Ford Motor Company, leading a Tier 1 personalization team which focused on building foundational marketing technology to support the future of personalized experiences for Ford Consumers.

Bob has been a board member of the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit as well as a multi-year Techstar mentor. Prior to FordDirect Bob founded several technology ventures where he lived and worked across 4 continents.
