Partners In Crime To Move Beyond Oil Changes
David Lantz, Director of Marketing and Tully Williams, Fixed Operations Director are teamed up at the Niello Company to create better customers by changing the way they market their Fixed Ops services through digital customer experiences. They will share some ways they are working together to increase their service department value and build trust with their customers before they arrive. These new communication methods set the stage for a less transactional, elevated experience customers expect while in the drives with the ultimate goal to fuel F&I growth. The Niello Company celebrates their 100-year anniversary this year!
David was born in Dayton, Ohio to parents whom both worked in the automotive industry. David graduated from the automotive specific school, Northwood University in Michigan. David started his career with Cox Automotive, and then worked for FordDirect and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Now Stellantis) as their National Digital Marketing Manager. Most recently, David has taken a job with The Niello Company, a premium auto group headquartered in Sacramento, Ca as their Director of Marketing. David is married to his lovely wife Sanne and together they have a young daughter named Elsie and a white German Shepard named Emma.
