In this session Lewis will detail how they have successfully leveraged the Complete Shopper Journey for an end-to-end experience for both customer and salesperson. By utilizing rich analytics, customer data platform, and a data management platform Byrider has been able to enable actionable insights to drive a great customer experience while also increasing sales.
Lewis A. Scott is the Director of Marketing – Digital and Field Performance at Byrider. In his role, Lewis oversees SEM and paid search strategies/best practices. He is responsible for monitoring and optimizing above sales funnel key performance indicators as well as downstream funnel metrics such as leads, applications and sales.
Lewis joined Byrider in 2012 as a Consumer Credit Analyst and has had several major roles as a General Manager, Franchise Operations Consultant and Field Marketing Manager before becoming a Director in 2021. He has worked on major enterprise initiatives such as lead optimization strategies, cost per sale by channel improvements, customer journey insights and first party data and analytics implementation.
Lewis has quickly become a leader and expert within his field and continues to propel his company forward in today’s competitive market.
