The Fluidity of Data Across Enterprise from Tier 1 to Tier 3
Data sharing has the ability to level the playing field across an enterprise. Collecting customer data, website data, marketing data, for instance, has been an ongoing effort which previously has been siloed. The explosion of partnerships between tech and automotive companies has created untapped opportunities, and simultaneously furthered a chasm. This lively panel discussion includes guests representing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, and we will explore the fluidity of data across this enterprise.
About Jennee Julius
As a Senior Group Manager for Hyundai Motor America, Jennee is responsible for Hyundai and Genesis Customer Experience support since November 2018. Joining Hyundai in August 2016 as Senior Group Manager, Owner Marketing & Feedback, she inspired groups responsible for Genesis and Hyundai owner marketing efforts including direct and digital; development and delivery of owner education materials; customer feedback mechanisms and owner satisfaction strategies.
Between 2014-2016 Jennee was Marketing Strategy Director at ITA Group where she led the automotive go-to-market strategy.
Jennee held several roles over her many years with Toyota, with one of her last as the Advertising and Incentives Manager for Toyota’s Customer Services Division. Here she was responsible for Toyota and Scion Parts & Service marketing programs, dealership personnel incentive and recognition programs, National P&S Consumer Advertising, dealership Co-op Advertising program, and Toyota Care/Scion Service Boost owner communications. She conceptualized and developed the Owner Communications Program, a customer-centric parts and service marketing program for the Toyota and Scion brands.
During her tenure at Toyota, Jennee was also responsible for Lexus accessory sales nationally and Lexus, Toyota and Scion accessory sales internationally, managing the Logistics Management and Service Field Management Trainee programs, and wholesale parts marketing amongst other positions.
Jennee holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Economics from UCLA.
