About The Speaker

Su Bang Choe leads the analytics team that supports CRM and CX in Ford Motor Company. His team’s mission is to use advanced analytics to drive decisions in improving CX and CRM activities at Ford. Prior to this he spent 12 years with Ford Credit and eventually lead the analytics team that supported Ford Credit focused primarily on Risk and Operations. Su Bang holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan and a BSc from the London School of Economics. He lives with his wife who also works at Ford in Canton Michigan.
